Valmalenco this year is perfect: Epic snow-conditions, great weather and the well-known perfect race hill promise to have a nice race tomorrow.

There is only one thing: I will not participate. This is a completely new experience for me. It boosts my appetite for Snowboarding and Racing and I can’t wait to be back on my board again.

Tomorrow I will support my riders and I am sure it is going to be a great show here in Valmalenco, a very beautiful and hidden mountain valley close to the Swiss border.

After the race Vic Wild, Justin Reiter and I will hit the road towards La Molina/Spain for the WorldCup Finals. But before we will make a stop at the Mediterranean Sea

Finally Snowboarding Again!

After exactly two months of snowboarding-break recovering from my ankle-injury I finally made my first turns at the Nassfeld-Resort in Carinthia. It is a good feeling carving down the mountains again, waiting was pretty tough in the end. Snowboarding is just the B E S T!

I am going to ride for some more days in Austria and get some good therapy before I leave for YVR on Monday morning next week. See you!   SG
