One of my favorite playgrounds in summer are the Pyrenees. Exploring the mountains of Andorra, Spain and France with my mountainbike is a major part of my summer training and preparations for the winter to come.<\/p>\n

Especially this year after having my AC-ligament fixed in April biking is very important for my recovery. The tough vertical climbs are challenging and the high altitude does not make it easier.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
